Tolerance Occupancy Agreement (Special Template for Displaced Persons in Lebanon)
Amid Lebanon’s difficult security conditions and the increasing number of displaced persons, many property owners face a difficult balance between humanitarian support and legal caution. This article introduces a “Tolerance Occupancy Agreement” template designed to provide stronger legal protection for landlords while encouraging the temporary use of vacant apartments to host displaced persons in a legally secure framework.
