Responsibilities

Provide legal advisory services on matters involving Hong Kong and Greater China legal frameworks, including commercial, civil, and cross-border disputes.

• Coordinate the firm’s Far East operations by supporting case management, client communication, and regional legal strategy for matters involving Asian jurisdictions.

• Assist in civil, commercial, and construction litigation matters that involve cross-border elements or parties based in the Far East.

• Provide legal insight and coordination support in criminal litigation and regulatory matters where regional expertise is required.

• Support arbitration and mediation proceedings involving international commercial disputes and parties from the Far East.

• Advise on intellectual property disputes and contentious IP matters involving international or cross-border elements.

• Provide assistance with non-contentious matters such as probate and wills, attestation services, and notarial procedures within Hong Kong and related jurisdictions.

• Support corporate and commercial legal advisory work involving international trade, investments, and cross-border transactions.

• Coordinate with law firms, regulatory authorities, and professional service providers in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

• Assist the firm in developing strategic relationships and legal collaborations within the Far East region.
