- LEGAL CONSULTATIONS: Provided consultations on civil, commercial, arbitration, labor law, personal status laws, company regulations, and tax laws in United Arab Emirates, offering solutions to optimize structural efficiency.
- AGREEMENTS (Review & Rectifications): Reviewing the agreements as per UAE Laws standards and providing the rectifications notes including employment, corporate, commercial, sales and service provision, wills, construction, and contracts with government entities.
- GOVERNMENT Project: Obtained Approvals for the Construction commencement in Mohammad Bin Rashid Solar Park Project, submission of relevant documents, seeking approval and processing the exceptions within the timeline.
