Responsibilities

• Represent and assist clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings under various institutional and ad hoc arbitration frameworks.

• Conduct advanced legal research and analysis on arbitration law, international commercial law, and comparative civil law systems.

• Draft arbitration submissions, including requests for arbitration, statements of claim, statements of defense, procedural submissions, and legal memoranda.

• Develop case strategies in coordination with partners and clients, including analysis of contractual frameworks, liability exposure, and procedural options.

• Provide legal advisory services on arbitration clauses, dispute resolution mechanisms, and contractual risk allocation in commercial agreements.

• Assist in the preparation and management of arbitration hearings, including the organization of evidence, witness preparation, and expert coordination.

• Analyze complex contractual and multi-party dispute structures, including triangular contractual relationships and guarantee or surety arrangements.

• Monitor developments in international arbitration law and provide strategic insights on regulatory and jurisprudential trends affecting clients.

• Support the firm’s arbitration practice through legal publications, research projects, and participation in conferences or academic forums.

• Contribute to the mentoring and supervision of junior associates and legal researchers working on arbitration matters.

• Participate in client advisory work related to commercial disputes, business law, and dispute prevention strategies.
