Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis on administrative law, public procurement, regulatory compliance, and public governance.
• Draft legal memoranda, opinions, petitions, and submissions for proceedings before administrative courts and relevant authorities.
• Support litigation and case management, including monitoring procedural deadlines and maintaining organized case files.
• Analyze legislation, regulations, and governmental decisions affecting clients operating within regulated sectors.
• Assist in advisory work related to public administration, transparency frameworks, and anti-corruption compliance.
• Review public procurement procedures and identify legal risks or procedural irregularities.
• Coordinate with public institutions, regulatory bodies, and administrative authorities when required for case follow-up.
• Contribute to legal reports, policy briefs, and research papers related to governance and administrative reforms.
