Yaz Consult was established in the year 1973 by Mr. Marcel Yazbeck.

Mr. Yazbeck first started as a trainee before becoming a senior partner at the office of the late president of the Beirut Bar Association and Minister of Justice in Lebanon, Mr. Roger Chikhani.

Mr. Yazbeck developed a highly distinguished style in the practice of law giving him the reputation of the man of impossible missions. He showed that litigation has a lot to do with talent which he used to spearhead innovative, un-thought of solutions to highly challenging cases and lawsuits.

Yaz Consult grew very quickly to become one of the leading advocacy houses in the country.

Equipped with a natural talent for law, Mr. Joseph Marcel Yazbeck joined the firm, in 1997, having a Master of Advanced Studies (Diplôme d'études approfondies) in private law (Université St Joseph & Lebanese University) combined with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) (American University of Beirut). Joining his global experience with long-term insight and modern day awareness, Mr. J. Yazbeck restructured the firm by capitalizing on its rich history in law and ethics to equip it with a modernized vision offering best practices in both local and globalized settings.

Our operation in Toulon (France) started in the year 2005 and is specialized in IP (Intellectual Property) registration in Europe and Worldwide.

The operation in Dubai (UAE) was initiated by Lawyer Joseph Yazbeck in the year 2010, first serving Free Zone companies on international standards at the Business hub of the Middle East. Then the operation vertically integrated to cover litigation and other local legal services.

Our joint ventures with major international law firms in Shanghai (China), Sao Paolo (Brasil), and Saint Petersburg (Russia) allow us to advise our clients on the best customized structures that best fit each and every case.
