The system monitors inmate behavior, allowing for early release under conditions if they demonstrate good conduct. Introduced in 1943, it was not effectively applied until 2011. Despite some challenges, it remains a key component of the penal code. The presentation details eligibility criteria, application procedures, and the legal implications of conditional release.
