Partnership System for Members’ Retention
One of the main human resources challenges, is the member retention ratio, which, if solved allows any firm to reach unlimited growth. In all service companies, when members reach a certain level of knowledge, know-how, and experience, they tend to leave the company to open their own businesses.
This is the biggest loss and worry for lawfirms.
At YAZCONSULT we designed a special partnership structure formed by SPVs; where every SPV is formed by a certain number of clients, and is managed by some of our senior lawyers; those lawyers are partners in this specific SPV and they handle its files as being their own files with full devotion, care, and professionalism.
This SPV is effectively their own personal lawfirm but with a bigger potential since they are supported by the central system of the firm, and their potential to attract new clients is based on the potential, support and huge CV of YAZCONSULT.
In other words, we offer our lawyers, who are the main assets of YAZCONSULT, a better deal than what they would get if they were to open their own offices.
Electronic Platform for communication and follow up
This platform was developed internally by YAZCONSULT around 10 years ago and was perfected on a daily basis throughout this period. This is a living project which is continuously developing with the accumulated experience of the team. It provides updated and efficient communication, both internally within the office and among the lawyers and externally, in generating reports for clients.
