الوساطة القضائية
تُعدّ الوساطة القضائيّة وسيلة مهمّة لتخفيف العبء عن المحاكم وتسريع حلّ النزاعات، لكن نجاحها يفترض احترام السرّيّة والحياد، والفصل بين الوسيط والقاضي الذي يفصل في الدعوى. كما يجب ألّا تتحوّل إلى وسيلة لتأخير العدالة أو الضغط على المتقاضين، بل أن تُستخدم فقط حيث تكون التسوية مجدية فعلًا.
