تنفيذ الأحكام الإماراتية في لبنان في غياب اتفاقية تعاون قضائي
يثير تنفيذ الأحكام الإماراتية في لبنان إشكالية قانونية في غياب اتفاقية تعاون قضائي، حيث يسمح القانون اللبناني بتنفيذ الأحكام الأجنبية استناداً إلى مبدأ المعاملة بالمثل أو الاتفاقيات الدولية. يُنفذ الحكم إذا كان نهائياً وغير مخالف للنظام العام اللبناني. في قضايا الأحوال الشخصية، يمتد التنفيذ إلى الاختصاص القضائي ويمنع ازدواجية المحاكمات.
